A defining landmark within the Cotino community, The Parr House expresses Mid-Century Modern design through its honest use of glass, steel, and stone. With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Cotino Bay, the space blurs the line between interior and landscape, a true reflection of modern desert living. For this architectural statement, Creative Mines developed a custom profile inspired by the natural stone formations of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater, infusing the structure with texture, warmth, and a handcrafted authenticity that complements its sleek geometry.

Garrison is a luxury apartment community that embodies modern living in one of Orange County’s most vibrant neighborhoods. With curated amenities and a location near Angel Stadium and the Honda Center, Garrison balances stay-at-home comfort with access to everything the city offers. Creative Mines partnered with the development and design teams to help define the project’s architectural identity. The multi-story elevations are clad in Raincloud Warehouse Brick, a material selected for its cool tonal range, modern industrial texture, and durability in urban environments. The result — a bold, contemporary façade that reflects both high design and everyday livability.
