RETURNS

Returns are permitted only with prior written authorization from Creative Mines and the issuance of a valid Return Authorization (“RA”) number, and all requests are subject to approval at Creative Mines’ sole discretion. Eligible returns are limited to full, unopened cartons in original packaging and resalable condition; materials that are damaged, installed, altered, jobsite-exposed, or partial will not be accepted. 

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and freight responsibility will be determined at the time of authorization. All returned materials are inspected upon receipt, and credit will be issued only after verification of condition and documentation, while special order, discontinued, clearance, and aged materials are final sale unless otherwise approved in writing.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped from Creative Mines’ designated facility. Estimated lead times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Risk of loss and title transfer to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing. The purchaser is responsible for inspecting all shipments upon receipt and must report any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Creative Mines is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, jobsite conditions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
