Mesa Modern
In the desert, restraint is its own kind of statement. Designed by Woodley Architectural Group for Davidson Communities, Mesa Modern draws on the discipline of mid-century architecture — ashlar stone laid with intention, its irregular edges and sun-bleached surfaces reading as something found rather than built.
The Solterra palette moves through creamy whites, rusty gold, and weathered driftwood, colors borrowed from the landscape and returned to it, grounding the home in Palm Springs without ever announcing itself too loudly.
