Mid-Century Modern design is a celebration of simplicity, function, and connection where architecture and landscape exist in quiet harmony. One of Mid-Century Modern’s signature elements is the use of clean, modular masonry. Modern Paintgrade Block™ captures this essence with its smooth, uniform face and structured rectangular form. Stacked bond installations reinforce the movement’s emphasis on repetition, proportion, and visual rhythm.

Tays & Co Design Studio was awarded 9 different awards from Midwest Home Magazine, including 1st for Interior Use of Stone and 2nd for Exterior Use of Stone. This project featured a Creative Mines Mixology of Coyote Farmhouse Ledge and Coyote Foothill Rubble.
